Copal Gastro Bar is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to Copal Tulum. We’ve eaten here more times than we can count, and every visit has been consistently incredible.

One of my favorite things about the restaurant is how fresh everything is. The fruit juices are made fresh and you can really taste the difference. We also ordered the French toast every single morning, and it quickly became our favorite breakfast on the menu. For lunch, we found ourselves coming back for the tacos almost every day — simple, fresh, and really well prepared.

The service here is also amazing. The team is incredibly attentive and makes you feel completely taken care of during every meal.

One of the most memorable experiences we had was the cenote cave dinner on the property. You pay upfront for a set dining experience and can order different dishes until you reach your limit. The setup was beautiful — candles lit throughout the cenote, creating a really special atmosphere. You can even swim in the cenote before or after dinner.

They also assign a dedicated waiter who takes care of you throughout the entire experience, making sure you have everything you need.

Between the fresh food, attentive service, and unique dining experiences, Copal Gastro Bar is absolutely worth visiting whether you're staying at the hotel or nearby in Tulum.

Also - Ask for EDDY! That's our guy! He's so cool and he always had good recommendations for places us to visit to have fun.

Wow, what a spot! Breakfast here is amazing! the freshly squeezed orange juice is so good, and the omelette is absolutely delicious. The service is truly top-notch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ask for Manuel, he’s the most attentive server and one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He really made our breakfast experience unforgettable. 🙌🍊🍳✨

We came to have dinner with the whole family and everything was very tasty, excellent accessible service and if you like spicy don’t forget to order the habanero sauce that goes on the side, is very very delicious

Copal Resto Bar was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. The food was consistently delicious - fresh fish tacos, a juicy burger, creamy hummus, a perfect crème brûlée, and a lovely breakfast. The cocktails were incredible as well, beautifully crafted and full of flavor. One of the highlights was their floating breakfast by the pool - such a unique and unforgettable way to start the day in Tulum. The vibe is relaxed yet stylish, and the service is warm and attentive. Whether you’re staying at Copal or just visiting Tulum, this spot is a must.
